| Applicants must submit a one-page typed or word-processed essay outling his or her career or educational goals and how enrollment at MCTC will advance those goals, provide two letters of recommendation from teachers, employers, or others who have knowledge of their abilities, be enrolled in MCTC’s computer careers or computer science programs, verify their employment, current salary, independent status, and level of financial need as evidenced by the FAFSA, and must be willing to serve as mentors for future WIN scholarship recipients. Applicants’ annual salaries must be between $10,000 and $25,000. | |
