Financial assistance available through the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) to a fellow ham radio operator who is a resident of the ARRL Midwest Division (IA, KS, MO or NE).

Additional Information

Must be a resident of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri or Nebraska pursuing a degree in journalism, computer science, or electronic engineering. Student must have any class amateur radio license. Recipient may be a child of a deceased radio amateur.
