| For a sophomore, junior or senior student who is carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours per quarter and majoring in computer science, computer systems and business, educational and visual communications, communication management or any other major area of study related to the functions of Computing and Learning Services. Applicants must be from high schools in Southeastern Ohio and demonstrate financial need. First priority is given to students whose parents are employed by Ohio University. If no such students apply, second priority is given to those who meet the above criteria, have the greatest financial need and a grade point average above a 3.2.
