| This program is open to students who have enrolled or are enrolling in college, pursuing a course of study that relates directly to Scottish culture. If pursuing a specific project, it must 1) reflect direct involvement in the preservation or enhacement of Scottish culture or 2) contribute directly to the improvement and benefit of the ”Human Family.” Trustees of the MacBean Foundation, their spouses, and their children are not eligible to apply for these funds. | |
