| This program is open to students enrolled full time at an accredited college or university with a major in fine arts. The applicant’s fine arts instructor or department head must verify that the student’s primary process of painting is with the use of water based paints on paper surfaces. The application must be accompanied by 6 35mm slides of the student’s work. Selection is based on the quality of the work submitted. | |
