| The scholarships were established by the 100 Club to assist undergraduate students seeking degrees in law enforcement. The Law Enforcement Assistance Program (LEAP) is available to law enforcement officers majoring in criminal justice and employed by an agency in Austin , Chambers, Fort Bend , Galveston , Harris, Liberty , Montgomery , Waller or Walker County.
These scholarships are available to both male and female law enforcement majors, junior standing or above, who have completed at least one long semester at Sam Houston State University, enrolled in a minimum of 12 semester hours, and have a minimum grade point average of 3.0. |
