| This program is open to full-time juniors and seniors at colleges and universities in Texas. Applicants must be majoring in print or broadcast journalism and have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher in their major. They must submit three samples of their print or broadcast work, a letter of recommendation from an instructor or adviser, a statement of professional goals and how the scholarship will help, and a statement of financial need. | |
