| The applicant must be incoming high school seniors and full-time returning SJDC students, with interest in majoring in either mathematics or science. The applicant must also submit at least one letter of recommendation from SJDC Math or Science Instructor or HS Mathematics or Science faculty teacher, and a 100 word or less essay on desire to pursue a major in Mathematics or Science. The award is for students in a mathematics or science full-time program (minimum 12 units required per semester at SJDC including a math or science course), who show financial need, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. | |
