| For a city of Atlanta or the city of Gainesville, Georgia graduating high school senior focused on social work, education or allied health field Scholarships are awarded on a nondiscriminatory basis after careful review of eligible applications. Award recommendations are approved by The Community Foundation's Board of Directors, and scholarship awards are paid directly to the educational institutions where the successful candidates are enrolled. | |

| A graduating high school senior beginning college in Fall 2009 Resident of the city of Atlanta or the city of Gainesville, Georgia Minimum 2.5 GPA Acceptance to an accredited institution of higher learning and pursuing an undergraduate degree in social work, education or allied health field Demonstrated history of commitment to community service Previous recipients are encouraged to reapply, but must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA and submit the current application form Previous recipients are not guaranteed additional awards | |
