| Recipients must be in at least their second year of service on the Shippensburg University Band staff. Applicants must demonstrate leadership and dedication through their activities in the marching band and/or concert band. Character and citizenship are also taken into consideration. Recipients of the scholarship must have earned 90 or more credits prior to the start of the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded. | |
