| Demonstrate scholastic achievement, talent, and skill as shown through school, community, and work experiences • Minimum GPA of 2.5 • Plan to pursue or currently pursuing a degree related to highway, bridge, and/or the utility construction industry and intend to pursue a career in the field • Preference is given to full-time students at an accredited Indiana college or technical school. Applicants may be currently working in the construction industry • Scholarships will be awarded in amounts up to $4,000 per school year | |
