| Applicant must be high school seniors who intend to pursue undergraduate degrees full-time or current full-time student in good academic standing at an accredited college or university. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, exhibit leadership ability, and major in performing arts. All applicants must reside or attend a college/university in a congressional district represented by a Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) Member. | |
