| This program is open to amputee members in good standing in the association and their dependents. Applicants must submit information on their scholastic background (grade point average in high school and college, courses of study); type of amputation and cause (if applicable), a cover letter describing their plans for the future; and documentation of financial need. They need not be competitive golfers. Selection is based on academic record, financial need, involvement in extracurricular or community activities, and area of study. | |
