| High school seniors, high school graduates or GED recipients, and degree-seeking undergraduates are eligible. You must be Maryland resident and enroll at a 2-year or 4-year Maryland college or university as a full-time or part-time degree-seeking undergraduate. Applicants should enroll in a child development program or an early childhood education program. You may only attend part-time if you are working at least 15 hours a week at a child care or family day care center. | |
