| This program is open to residents of Texas who are undergraduates enrolled on a full-time basis at public or nonprofit independent colleges in the state. Candidates must apply within two years of high school graduation. For the original award, applicants must have a high school grade point average of at least a 2.5 grade point average in college. | |
