| Films must have been completed within the preceding year as part of the curricular structure of an accredited U.S. college, university, film school, or art school. Award categories are alternative, animation, narrative, and documentary. Prints must be composite in 16mm gauge or larger, with optical or magnetic sound, and no longer than 60 minutes. Judging is based on resourcefulness, originality, entertainment, and production quality. | |
