| Out-of-State students who demonstrate outstanding academic merit, financial need and volunteerism are qualified for this scholarship. Three students are invited to campus to be interviewed by faculty and staff. Then one will be chosen for a $13,000 scholarship. The other two participants will be given an annual $6,000 scholarship. | |
