| Applicants may be undergraduate or graduate students who are enrolled full time (undergraduates: 12+ credits; graduate students, 6+ credits) in an institution of higher education in the United States. They must be working on a bachelor’s degree or higher. Undergraduates must have completed at least 12 credit hours of college course work before applying. All applicants must have at leat a 2.5 grade point average. Selection is based on academic achievement, letters of recommendation, community involvement, leadership skills, and financial need. | |
