| Applicant must be a senior in high school. And plan to attend a vocational-technical school, community college, or a fouryear college or university that will lead to a vocational certificate, license, or college degree beginning in the fall immediately following graduation from high school. And must have exhibited a 4-H project at the Oregon State Fair for at least 2 years. | |
