| This program is open to persons with a verified physical, mental, or learning disability that substantially limits one or more major life activities. Applicants must be admitted to or enrolled in an accredited state university, community college, private college, or university in California. Selection is based on academic achievement (at least a 2.0 grade point average for undergraduates or 3.0 for graduate students), financial need, and leadership in activities that have improved the lives of people with disabilities in California. | |
