Applicants must provide in their personal statement the following information: ministers current position, church/parish name, denomination, place & date of ordination and name of seminary attended. Supplemental Materials Required Applicants must provide the following information in their Personal Statement (or on a separate sheet of paper): 1) The ministers current position. 2) The ministers church/parish name. 3) Ministers denomination & place & date of ordination. 4) Name of seminary attended by minister. | |
