| Eligibility Must have an accumulated average of B. Must be accepted to an accredited college or university. To Apply • Submit the common application in your packet. • Submit an essay of not less than 250 words and not more than 400 words explaining why a career in education has been selected. • Return your common application and your essay to the counseling center before March 1 Selection Procedure • All applications will be reviewed by Alpha Delta Kappa • Selection will be made and announced by May 1 Terms of Payment The scholarship will be paid directly to the college of the studentʼs choice.
