| Given every other year, the scholarship is awarded to one student based on financial need and having attended college in Oklahoma. The Office of Admissions will submit five candidates based on the AMCAS application and personal interview. Final selection is made by the Cogburn Scholarship Committee and the winner will be notified by the Office of Financial Aid. Additional letters of support specific to this scholarship will not be accepted. | |
