| Any college or university student working on a degree in health, physical education, recreation, or dance may be nominated for this award. Nominees must be college seniors, have been students for three years at a Virginia college or university, and demonstrate outstanding personal qualities, high ideals, academic achievement, and professional ethics. In addition, they must be members of the Virginia Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance and the American Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. | |
