| Students must: 1) be residents of Virginia; 2) be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate, graduate, or professional student; 3) be enrolled at an eligible institution pursuing an eligible degree that is not in religious training or theological education; and 4) not be enrolled in a program leading to a second bachelor, graduate, or professional degree. | |
