| Consideration shall be given to any student who (1) completed the first semester and is enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student; (2) is presently enrolled in a 4-H club or has been a 4-H club member; and (3) gives evidence of satisfactory academic achievement. Preference will be given to eligible candidates who plan to work with youth following graduation. | |
