| This program is open to licensed radio amateurs who plan to seek a bachelor’s degree at a college or university in the United States. There is no restriction on the field of study. Applicants must have at least a General Class license; preference is given to active HF operators indicating an interest in DXing who provide a supplementary statement describing their DX activities. | |
