| Established to provide funding for college to licensed radio amateurs who are recommended by members of the Quarter Century Wireless Association (QWCA). | |

| This program is open to licensed radio amateurs who intend to seek at least an associate degree; graduate students may apply as well. There is no restriction on the course of study or license class. Further, there is no residence area preference. Applicants must be recommended by a member of the association. These awards are not available to two members from the same family in the same year or to previous winners of this scholarship. | |
