| Through an endowment established by Robert B. Bailey III, who devoted much of his life to increasing participation in all types of education abroad from members of minority groups, the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) is able to provide between five and ten awards to be used toward the CIEE program fee. Minority students who are enrolled in, or have applied to, a CIEE-administered program are eligible to apply. | |
