| Established to recognize and reward members of the National Junior Hereford Association (NJHA) who demonstrate outstanding enthusiasm, leadership, and achievement in the Hereford industry. | |

| This program is open to NJHA members who are high school seniors or already in college and under 22 years of age. Before they can recieve an award, they must have completed at least one semester of college with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. | |
