| Applicants must be high school seniors who are 1) the children or grandchildren of Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association members or 2) current members of the Oklahoma Junior Cattlemen’s Association. Students must submit a completed application form, a list of the highlights of their high school leadership activities, a list of some of the awards they won during high school, a description of their career plans, and a short essay on the most critical issue facing cattlemen in the next 10 to 20 years. | |
