| The recipients must be entering freshmen enrolled in civil engineering or nursing, have a 3.0 GPA, a U.S. citizen, a WV or OH resident, and must demonstrate leadership abilities through extracurricular involvement in academic and/or civic related organizations. The scholarship may be retained for up to eight semesters, as long as recipients maintain a 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered as will community service. | |
