| Five awards are available per academic year. Awards are available to a high school graduate who has not previously attended a post-secondary institution. To be eligible, a student must attain a minimum ACT composite score of 25, be in the upper 25% of his/her class rank and must have been admitted to Black Hills State University. All students must be enrolled at full-time status (12 hours+) to be eligible. | |
