| An annual scholarship will be given to a freshman student involved in at least five years of 4-H including their high school senior year. Five home economics 4-H projects are a prerequisite for consideration. The recipient shall be from the Nebraska Panhandle, with preference given to Dawes County. The applicant needs to attach a letter from his/her county agent verifying eligibility. | |
