| This scholarship is tuition for one year. First priority is given to a student who has a parent employed at First Federal. Second priority is given to a student who is employed part-time by First Federal. If there are not applicants from either of these two categories, then the scholarship will be offered to any student seeking scholarship funds to ECTC. If two or more students with equal credentials apply, then the scholarship will be awarded to the student whose family shows the greatest economic need. If there are years when there is not a new applicant from either a dependent of an associate or a student part-time associate, then a prior scholarship recipient may apply for the scholarship for an additional year. Students applying for an additional year’s scholarship must have a parent employed by First Federal or be a student employed part-time by First Federal. | |
