| Sherry Griswold was a young soldier killed in WWII during his second combat mission over Bleshamer, Germany, in 1944. Sherry was a person of high principles and standards: ”To act as he would act, to measure by the same standards as he would use, and thereby further the expression of his life’s goodness is the desire of the trustees of the Sherry Griswold Foundation in making this gift to Golden West College. It is hoped that Sherry’s influence will always be effectively expanding his love of peace and goodwill to mankind.” | |
