| Applicants must be a child, ward, or grandchild of a Vietnam veteran. Applicant must currently attend or be a graduate of a Monterey County high school. Applicants must have a GPA of 2.0 or above. Selection based on financial need and academic promise. Recipient must enroll in and maintain at least six units each semester. | |
