| This scholarship is awarded to a second-semester, full time, matriculated, graduating Liberal Arts program senior who plans to transfer to a four year college, university, or professional school. The scholarship will be paid to the transfer institution. First preference will be given to students transferring to SUNY Plattsburgh who are citizens of the United States. The student must major in one of the following subjects: History, English, Languages, Sociology, Journalism, Economics, or a professional career track. The student must be of sound moral character and must show definite characteristics of a desire to serve humanity. | |
