| This scholarship is awarded to full time freshmen studying Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, or Physical Education who will be returning to Hudson Valley for the Fall semester. Students must be in good academic standing, and must be residents of one of the following counties: Albany, Allegany, Broome, Buffalo City, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango, Clinton, Dutchess, Erie, Franklin, Genesee, Herkimer, Jefferson, Livingston, Monroe, Montgomery, Niagara, Onondaga, Orleans, Oswego, Rensselaer, St. Lawrence, Schenectady, Schuyler, Steuben, Tompkins, Wyoming, or Yates. | |
