| This scholarship was established by Mr. and Mrs. Quincy F. Adams as a living memorial trust fund in honor and appreciation of their son, Franklin Sizemore Adams, an alumnus of Marion Military Institute. The income from this trust fund can be awarded annually. No special restrictions are placed on the recipient of this scholarship, although the donors have specified that preference be given to a qualified Alabama student from Clarke, Lamar, or Marengo counties. Preparatory school and college students are eligible. | |
