| A scholarship fund created in loving memory of Dr. Laura Smith by TCC Coordinator Jan Morgan for an individual enrolling or enrolled in the WINR (Women in New Roles) program at any Tarrant County College campus and pursuing an associate degree or a Certificate of Completion at Tarrant County College. Must be enrolled in at least nine hours for period of award. Must have minimum of a 2.5 TCC GPA or high school equivalent if a first-time TCC student or minimum GED score of 55. | |
