| Scholarship available to students who have attended at least grades 11-12 in Santa Barbara County and have graduated from a Santa Barbara High School. Students must attened full-time and maintain at leat a 2.0 GPA. All eligible and qualified applicants are required to have a personal interview in the month of March, following the January application deadline. The primary criterion for scholarship selection is financial need. | |
