| Pursuing a four-year degree in agricultural business management, economics, finance or international agriculture. Consideration will be given first to Blain’s Farm & Fleet employees. Financial need will be given secondary consideration. Must be a resident of one of the following cities: Belvidere, Bloomington, Bourbonnais, Decatur, Freeport, Geneseo, Loves Park, Moline, Montgomery, Morton, Ottawa, Rockford, Sterling, Sycamore, Urbana or Woodstock in Illinois; or Cedar Falls, Clinton, Davenport or Muscatine in Iowa. AWARD: Two scholarships at $2,000 each, non-renewable. | |
