| This program is open to high school seniors planning to pursue a degree at an accredited 4-year college or university. A CFA member company must employ the applicant’s parent or legal guardian or the applicant. Selection is based on merit, as demonstrated by academic achievement; leadership in school, civic, and other extracurricular activities; and motivation to serve and succeed in all endeavors. Special financial circumstances may also be considered. | |
