| This program is open to graduating high school seniors who are the sons or daughters of families that operate a hop farm in any part of the United States. Applicants must submit an essay of 750 to 1000 words on their long-term goals and what they have done and plan to do to achieve their goals. Selection is based on academic achievement (grade point average of 2.5 or higher), community and extracurricular activities, and the essay. | |
