| Applicants must be under a physician’s care for epilepsy (and taking prescribed medication) and must submit an application with two letters of recommendation (one from the physician) and verification of academic status. They must be high school seniors entering college in the fall; college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors continuing in the fall; or college seniors planning to enter graduate school in the fall. Selection is based on demonstrated achievement in academic and extracurricular activites; financial need is not considered. | |
