| Applicants must have a documented physical or learning disability and be registered with the Disability Services Office of Cedar Valley. Applicant must have completed 12 credit hours and have maintained a 3.0 GPA.
Applicants must submit the following to the Disability Services Office at Cedar Valley: 1. A completed DCCCD Foundation scholarship application form 2. One letter of recommendation from faculty, counselor, or staff member of Cedar Valley College 3. One-page typed essay describing why you want to be a Glenna Montgomery Reames scholar with information about your goals and significant barriers you have had to overcome. Recipients must enroll in at least 9 credit hours for the semester in which they will receive the scholarship. |
