| This program is open to the children, stepchildren, and adopted children of members of an affiliated organization of OSCA. Applicants must be either high school seniors who have been accepted and intend to enroll in an accredited college or university in the United States pursuing an undergraduate degree or full-time students already enrolled. They must commit to take one course in risk management and insurance or submit evidence that they have already taken such a course. Selection is based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities and honors, work experience, three letters of recommendation, and financial need. | |
