| This program is open to veterans and persons on active duty in the uniformed military services and to their spouses or dependents who are currently enrolled full time in an accredited 4-year degree-granting institution in the United States. Graduating high school seniors are not eligible, but veterans entering college as freshmen may apply. Spouses or dependents must be sophomores or juniors. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, be of good moral character, have demonstrated academic excellence, be motivated to complete a college education, and be working toward a degree in Computer Engineering. | |
