Applicants must be a high school graduation senior or GED equivalent and a member of one of the following ethnic groups: African American, American Indian, Asian, Hispanic or Biracial with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. He/she must reside in Madison, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, or Beloit. The Wisconsin Minority Women’s Network (WMWN) is an organization of women of color who believe in helping each other to achieve full potential.
